At Tikka Masala, our story begins with Chef Gagan Gill, who has been passionate about food for over 20 years. His love for cooking started much earlier, growing up in a home where he would occasionally step in to help when his mother wasn’t feeling well. What started as a way to help out soon blossomed into a deep love for the kitchen, as Gagan discovered the joy of preparing meals that brought comfort and warmth to those around him.
Inspired by his mother’s traditional home-cooked meals and the rich, diverse flavors of Indian cuisine, Gagan opened Tikka Masala to share these authentic flavors with the world. What started as a personal journey has grown into a beloved local restaurant, recognized for its dedication to quality and authenticity.
